Sienna Miller just demonstrated some serious red carpet range at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival.
On May 19, the 42-year-old actor attended a press event in a Schiaparelli look that encompassed Cannes elegance with just the right amount of Western flair to celebrate her upcoming film, Horizon: An American Saga. The daring look seamlessly incorporated multiple trends in one, with Miller balancing the volume of her low-rise barrel jeans with a sophisticated cream jacket featuring asymmetrical gold details and trim.
Instead of detracting from the look with something as expected as a top, Sienna Miller simply layered her “denim cowboy pants” over a pair of high-waist white boxers with Schiaparelli’s signature key-hole detail, just as the look was presented for the brand’s spring-summer 2024 collection. Yes, she even kept the black leather boots with realistic golden toes.
Et voilà! A French Riviera cowboy:
There’s only one way to top a look like that on the red carpet: By going in the exact opposite direction. Later in the day, Sienna Miller completely transformed into Cinderella for the Cannes premiere of her new film. Instead of losing a glass slipper, however, Miller seemed to have misplaced the bottom half of her dress. Dumb joke aside, the actor looked absolutely stunning in a sheer cape dress by Chloé, which featured a light blue bodysuit underneath two sheer layers of ruffled fabric.
In keeping with her famed effortless style, Miller kept her blonde hair down in beachy waves, though she did add a striking berry lip to her minimal glam routine. All that was needed to complete the look was a simple diamond necklace and silver sandals.
