As someone who binge-watched both seasons of ‘The Bear’ after Ayo Edebiri’s stellar awards season sweep, the release of the highly-anticipated third season on Hulu (and hopefully Disney+ in the UK) was a cause for celebration. In honour of the new season, Ayo graced the premiere at El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles on Tuesday, clad in one of her go-to labels: Loewe.
Loewe has always been a perfect match for Ayo’s eclectic and coveted style, even if not every outfit hits the mark. Her recent oversized look from the Loewe Fall 2024 collection for her guest appearance on Good Morning America didn’t work. However, the mood was entirely different for the premiere, where Ayo chose a strapless floral dress from the same collection.
This Loewe dress featured a charming asymmetric bubble hem that added a playful and whimsical touch. But it also stood out as an effortlessly summery piece, free from excessive gimmicks or over-the-top design elements. It was refreshing to see Ayo embrace a straightforward, season-appropriate look that didn’t require any deep analysis or dissection to appreciate.
Paired with white Loewe sandals, Ayo’s look was a perfect ode to summer, with simplicity and elegance of the floral dress highlighting her innate sense of fashion, proving that sometimes less is more, especially when it aligns with the season’s spirit.
