Jodie Turner-Smith Wore Wiederhoeft & Shushu/Tong On Good Morning America

Jodie Turner-Smith made a guest appearance on ‘Good Morning America’ today to promote her role as Mother Aniseya in the new installment of the ‘Star Wars’ franchise, ‘The Acolyte,’ which premieres on June 4 on Disney+.

You may remember the period when it seemed like Jodie had toned down her signature flair, and fun-loving fashion spirit on the red carpet. While she always looked great, her usual over-the-top style was noticeably muted. However, that all changed today.

The British actress delivered two eye-popping looks that embraced her maximalist nature.

Her return to extravagance was evident as she arrived at the studio in a Wiederhoeft Fall 2024 crochet and embellished ensemble, perfectly capturing the fun and vibrant spirit of the summer season.

It’s not every day you see someone arriving at the ‘GMA’ studios early on a Monday morning wearing a corset, but that’s the beauty of Jodie Turner-Smith—she keeps you guessing.

Styled with a matching top-handle bag and Bottega Veneta cat-eye shades, she made a bold statement.

The only element that might be considered over-the-top for some were the gloves, which could be omitted without losing the outfit’s impact.

I would have also steamed the black bow.

If you thought there was no way Jodie Turner-Smith could outdo her entrance, her exit look will prove you wrong.

Feathers are trending this week, and it’s only Monday morning. First Sofia Carson, and now Jodie, are leading the charge.

The playful flair of this pink feathered bodysuit is unmistakable.

If you are anything like me, you could tell that Jodie was wearing Shushu/Tong from the bow alone, a signature of the fashion house.

Aside from the bag, which felt somewhat out of place, I love how the styling didn’t compete with the showstopping, unforgettable statement of the outfit.

Jodie’s exit look was just as bold and memorable as her entrance, reaffirming her status as a fashion risk-taker who never fails to surprise and delight.

The return to her extravagant fashion roots has certainly been missed, and today’s looks reminded everyone of her distinctive and playful style.
