It sure looks like Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and Hugh Jackman have all become besties, and I gotta tell you, this is the kind of wholesome content I look for in my celebrities. It makes sense if you think about it, as all three have reputations for being some of the friendliest people in show business.
Not only did Jackman—who costarred with Lively’s husband, Reynolds, in Deadpool & Wolverine—show up to support her at the premiere of her new movie, It Ends With Us, but he also took the time to gush about her for her recent Vogue cover interview.

“It’s someone who is comfortable in their own skin,” Jackman told the magazine. “You can’t make that happen. You can’t bestow it on someone. She says she’s shy. And I believe that. I think there’s a shyness there. I’ve seen it before. Nicole Kidman and others have it. There’s a shyness, and it leads into this ability to morph and shape-shift. And she’s, as I said, walking around in pajamas and then five minutes later—it’s Elizabeth Taylor! At the height of her beauty. And you’re like, What? How? And it’s totally…it’s miraculous. It’s a beautiful thing to watch.”
Well, dang, Hugh Jackman.
And Lively has shown her friendship for Jackman in her own way. Such as interrupting his and Reynolds’s interview with Jimmy Kimmel as a prank, or when she posted a photo of herself wearing a T-shirt with Jackman’s face on it, per People. “When your man’s away so you have the time of your life wearing your other man’s shirt,” she wrote over the IG Stories pic. And even before they were all promoting movies together, Jackman appeared with Lively and Reynolds in Taylor Swift’s box to watch the Kansas City Chiefs.
