Channing Tatum Wore Saint Laurent On Late Night with Seth Meyers

Channing Tatum made a guest appearance on the ‘Late Show with Seth Meyers’ on Wednesday, where he opened up about working with his fiancée, Zoe Kravitz, on her directorial debut, ‘Blink Twice.’ Channing spoke about being inspired by her creativity and dedication to the project and shared how she came up with the film’s concept.

Has anyone else noticed that Channing has adopted his fiancée’s affinity for all things Saint Laurent, as he appeared in the label’s oversized suit paired with a brown shirt and Saint Laurent Le loafer penny slippers for his guest appearance?

The look was also notably a shade lighter than the suit worn by Zoe’s father, Lenny Kravitz, at the ‘Blink Twice’ London premiere.

This outfit choice makes me wonder: Is Channing simply borrowing Zoe’s style code, or is he also trying to channel her father’s love for Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello?

If you’re anything like me, you might have expected Channing to be decked out in Versace, especially since he is the face of the Italian label’s new fragrance. Yet, he consistently opts for Saint Laurent for his public appearances.

Don’t get me wrong—it’s a great suit, and it complements the quieter, more sophisticated phase of his career. However, I can’t help but wish he would step into a look with a bit more modernity and edge. Not quite the boldness of Colman Domingo or the flair of Lewis Hamilton, but perhaps somewhere in the stylish realm of Damson Idris.

I’m missing a bit of the swag that I know Channing has in abundance. While the Saint Laurent suit is undeniably polished, a touch more flair could elevate his fashion game even further.

What do you think? Should Channing stick with his sophisticated new look, or is it time for him to bring back a bit of that Tatum swagger?
