The show, which first aired in 2006, catapulted her into stardom when she was just 13 years old. Now, nearly two decades later, Miley remains grateful for the role that defined her early career. She accessorized with a striking silver-plated arm cuff by Shaun Leane for McQueen, a piece that added just the right amount of edge to her polished ensemble. There were no over-the-top hairstyles or flashy gimmicks this time; the focus was entirely on her remarkable achievements and the legacy she continues to build.
