Alicia Vikander is known for her unwavering loyalty to Louis Vuitton, regularly choosing their chic yet commercial pieces for her public appearances. So, it was a surprise to see her at the Christie’s 20/21 Art Party in London—ahead of Frieze week and in support of Blue Marine Foundation—wearing something other than a Louis Vuitton ensemble. On this occasion, Alicia opted for a look from Chloé, and it couldn’t have been a better choice.
Alicia’s Chloé Resort 2025 outfit—a navy studded crew neck knitted sweater paired with matching trousers and the vintage gold Pompom belt we saw in the look book—felt true to her personal style: elegant, simple, effortlessly chic and approachable.
It was refreshing to see Alicia embracing a different designer, especially one that aligns so well with her penchant for timeless, wearable pieces.
The Chloé Luna pumps complemented the ensemble perfectly. And while this was a departure from what is expected, Alicia did include a nod to her ambassador role by accessorizing with a Louis Vuitton top-handle monogram bag. It was a subtle, clever way to keep her brand connection intact, while giving her overall look a fresh twist.
Ultimately, this Chloé look was a beautiful deviation from Alicia’s norm. It highlighted her versatility and ability to shine outside of her fashion partnership.
