Angelina Jolie returned to the spotlight for the New York screening of her new biopic, ‘Maria’, and the accompanying Q&A session on Sunday following its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival last month.
While Angelina hasn’t been nominated during awards season since 2009, there’s already chatter of her “soaring into the Oscars race” for her compelling portrayal of the iconic opera singer Maria Callas.

It took me a moment to choose the right photo of this ensemble because, in some images, the most crucial detail was lost—the pleats.
