Tod’s hosted an intimate dinner at the iconic Tower Bar in West Hollywood to celebrate the brand’s latest collection, marking Matteo Tamburini’s introduction as the creative director to the Los Angeles fashion scene. Held at the historic Sunset Tower Hotel, this exclusive event was a stylish gathering of A-list stars, all embracing the luxurious, timeless designs that Tod’s is known for. Here’s how the night’s attendees embodied the effortless sophistication of Matteo Tamburini’s vision.
Matt Bomer, who attended the Tod’s Spring 2025 show back in June, was unsurprisingly among the guests. Switched things up with a new moustache which subtly transformed his look, the mood was the same as before, relaxed, casual and sophisticated.
His Tod’s ensemble reflected the mood of the night—relaxed yet impeccably put together.
Never one to miss out on a trend, Kerry Washington opted for a rich, deep burgundy hue that’s fast becoming the season’s must-have colour. Her Tod’s dress, made from the brand’s signature luxe leather, featured fringe detailing, which is also in the spotlight.
Edgar Ramirez effortlessly demonstrated just how well camel and brown can work together. His Tod’s ensemble was a masterful blend of minimalist design and impeccable quality, making a strong case for why these earth tones should be staples in every wardrobe. Clean, sophisticated, and timeless, his look was a highlight of the evening for me.
Kelly Rowland chose a striking teal leather Spring 2025 dress from Tod’s: a bold colour that immediately caught my attention. While the hue was a standout, the dress itself felt like it was missing a defining accent at the waist, especially when compared to Kerry Washington’s more look. Still, Kelly carried the outfit with her usual poise, making a strong impression nonetheless.
Amber Valletta’s monochrome Tod’s look was sleek, classic, and precisely the kind of outfit that one keeps forever. Amber perfectly encapsulated Tod’s dedication to timeless design, proving that minimalism, when done well, is always in style.
A leather top can seem daunting to pull off, but Michelle Monaghan made it look effortlessly chic in a sleeveless Tod’s Fall 2024 turtleneck.
