Zoe Saldana capped off a whirlwind week at Variety’s 2024 Power of Women event in Los Angeles, where she was honoured for her impact and upcoming role in ‘Emilia Pérez’, set to stream on Netflix on November 13.
For the occasion, Zoe chose an Emilia Wickstead Spring 2025 dress in pink—a colour she’s been gravitating towards a lot lately—bringing a bit of playful softness to her typically polished style.
There’s an undeniable appeal to this look, but it’s hard to overlook the creases. And while Zoe’s natural grace carries her through, the distracting wrinkles add an unintentional sense of disarray.
Additionally, the dress’s proportions feel slightly off; with the length disrupting the intended balance and flow. It’s a small tweak, but with adjustments, this look could have been better.
Despite these details, I’m still excited to see Zoe experimenting with a lighter palette and a touch of whimsy, as her recent pink-focused looks suggest she’s testing new waters, embracing brighter colours and complex shapes with renewed vigor.
