On Wednesday, three of the four leading stars of ‘Wicked’ gathered at the Greenwich Observatory for the London photocall. The iconic maritime museum and royal naval college were illuminated in emerald green, setting the perfect backdrop for a red carpet where the theme extended to the wardrobe.
Green, With a Twist
The greenification didn’t end with backdrop, with Cynthia Erivo once again leaning into the theme wearing a custom Moschino green structured suit featuring exaggerated black satin peaks. While this look is more subdued than her usual avant-garde choices, she brought her signature flair with a pleated silk chiffon blouse that boasted a plunging neckline and asymmetrical hemline. Staggering Christian Louboutin Dolly Boot Alta platforms took the look to towering heights, while Dyne jewels added her usual sparkle.

Shearling, But Make It Luxe
Jonathan Bailey wore his second Loewe look of this press tour. While I commend his stylist for ensuring that his draped trousers from the Spring 2025 runway collection didn’t drag on the floor, I’m still not completely sold on this leather patch. But on a cold day like yesterday, the real hero piece is the shearling double-breasted jacket. Loewe’s Toy slipper shoes completed his look.

Burberry Layers
Jeff Goldblum embraced a warm, earthy colour palette in Burberry, with a look that artfully blended the house’s classic check, stripes, and paisley prints. I think prefer this to his premiere look. It’s a masterclass in layering that balances personality and polish.
