Highsnobiety Names Noah Johnson Editor In Chief

Highsnobiety announced on Wednesday that Noah Johnson will head print and digital editorial operations for the youth culture publication as its new editor in chief. Johnson previously served as GQ’s global style director.

“I have admired Noah’s ability to bring a fresh, smart and always spot-on perspective to style, culture, and storytelling for a number of years. He has an innate skill of honing in on the stories that one didn’t quite know needed to be told, and to tell them with depth and authenticity,” said Highsnobiety’s founder and CEO, Dave Fischer, in a statement.

The Zalando-owned media company also announced other key appointments for Highsnobiety, whose business beyond editorial extends into e-commerce, physical retail, experiential programming, and a full-service brand consultancy. Caitlin LeRoux, Highsnobiety’s former VP of brand partnerships, has been named the SVP and GM of Highsnobiety North America and will oversee the brand’s commercial activities within the United States. Tom Lee, who previously served as Highsnobiety’s creative director from 2018 to 2021, returns to the company as VP and head of creative.

Johnson, LeRoux and Lee will work out of Highsnobiety’s New York offices and will start overseeing their respective teams on January 6, 2025.
