Cynthia Erivo attended the 2025 Palm Springs International Film Awards on Friday, where the Wicked star brought yet another custom look from Louis Vuitton to the red carpet.
If you’re anything like me, the first thing you noticed were the nails. Her signature long nails are always a conversation starter, but with this being the longest we’ve seen them, I found them a bit distracting. They’re a bold choice, but for me, they almost overshadowed the gown.
Speaking of the gown, Cynthia’s custom black satin Louis Vuitton creation with an exaggerated white collar offered plenty of drama. The sharpness of the collar and the high contrast of black and white made a strong visual impact. It’s a bold, theatrical choice that matches Cynthia’s dynamic presence.
For those of you who feared she might lean into Elphaba green again, you can breathe a sigh of relief—this look is all about modern elegance. With the second instalment of Wicked set for November, Cynthia is wisely putting green on pause, for now.
