Anna Sawai was mesmerising in Armani Privé at the SAG Awards

The 2025 SAG Awards proved once again why Giorgio Armani remains a red carpet mainstay. From dazzling custom gowns to impeccably tailored tuxedos, the Italian house dressed some of the night’s best-dressed stars. Here is a look at those who wore Armani alongside Kerry Washington and Michelle Yeoh.

The Definition of Show-Stopping

Winning Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series for Shōgun is a big deal, and Anna Sawai dressed accordingly in custom Armani Privé. The bustier strapless gown was a full “wow” moment. The red beaded gradient effect? Mesmerising. The crystal embellishments? A sparkling dream. But the real kicker was when she turned—bam!—the back of the gown in black silk velvet, adding an unexpected contrast that made this look even more dynamic.

Anna’s look is the kind that makes you rethink your Best Dressed picks halfway through the night. She was radiant, elegant, and powerful—everything you want from a winner’s moment. White gold diamond Reflection de Cartier jewels completed her stunning ensemble.

Tousled and Tailored

Taylor Zakhar Perez is known for his clean-cut, dapper looks, but for the SAG Awards, he shook things up with tousled tresses and a bit of facial hair. And you know what? It worked.

The Red, White & Royal Blue star still delivered peak Armani elegance in a midnight blue collarless tuxedo, proving that sometimes a little edge makes all the difference. Styled with black loafers and a Cartier Tank Louis timepiece, this look was effortless yet refined—a subtle but powerful reminder that great tailoring speaks for itself.

A Living Legend

When you’re receiving the 60th Life Achievement Award, you need a look that says icon. Armani and Jane Fonda’s glam team clearly got the memo because she looked absolutely breathtaking.

The custom Giorgio Armani long-sleeve coral silk gown was fully embroidered in sequins, featuring a black beaded abstract print pattern. And just when you thought it couldn’t get better, the skirt revealed tiered fringe beading in black and coral, creating a hypnotic effect as she moved. This is how you honour a legend—with a look that’s both classic and unforgettable.

Bravo to everyone involved—this was a moment.

The Art of Sheer Done Right

As the host and nominee for Nobody Wants This, Kristen Bell needed a look that provided high glamour, and Armani Privé delivered. She wore a silk tulle strapless gown from the Spring 2025 collection, entirely embroidered with crystals and layered with crinoline ruffles. I love how she proved that sheer dresses can absolutely be done with elegance.

Some might have preferred an updo, but considering her hosting duties and multiple outfit changes, a simple hairstyle was the smart move. Buccellati jewels, including the Macri Classica earrings, completed her look.

The Ultimate Gentleman

A man who understands the power of an impeccable tuxedo, Daniel Craig did not disappoint in his Giorgio Armani Made to Measure navy blue silk crepe double-breasted peak lapel tuxedo.

With his signature suave demeanour, Daniel reminded everyone that when it comes to red carpet menswear, sharp, sophisticated, and effortlessly cool is definition of a classic done right.
