A playful edge to Valentino
Drew Starkey, who spent his Queer press tour exclusively in Loewe, switched things up for awards night. Like his co-star Daniel Craig, he opted for a fresh look, and I, for one, am thrilled to see more of his style personality. Gone are the predictable colour variations of the same suit—this Valentino Spring 2025 ensemble is a delightful mix of textures and hues. The navy wool blazer, light blue shirt, ivory trousers, and red-and-black polka dot scarf as a tie? It’s giving playful sophistication, and I love that for him. Trinity de Cartier earrings, a Cartier Privé Tortue timepiece and Les Berlingots de Cartier ring completed his look.

understated elegance
Colman Domingo stepped out in a custom Valentino look that was a refined triumph. We all know Michele can deliver a classic suit, but with someone like Colman—who never shies away from experimentation—it was a refreshing, understated moment. The elegance was in the details, and the result was a quietly powerful look. Sometimes, simplicity speaks volumes.

If you came here hoping for Michele’s signature maximalism, Gia Coppola has you covered in Valentino Spring 2025. Her heavily embellished silver gown was classic Michele—drenched in paillettes and unapologetically boldness. While I appreciate a statement look, I do wonder if this one went a step too far – less silver paillettes, perhaps? But hey, if you’re going to embrace the designer’s most extravagant instincts, you might as well do so wholeheartedly.
