Fresh off her Best Actress win at the Critics’ Choice Awards, Demi Moore kept the momentum going at AARP The Magazine’s 23rd Annual Movies For Grownups Awards in Beverly Hills on Saturday.
The actress wore an Oscar de la Renta sleeveless wool gown, exquisitely embroidered with crystal triangles. The shimmering embellishments brought just the right amount of red carpet dazzle for the event which is usually a more low-key affair.
But let’s talk about the length. The gown hit at the ankle, which might divide opinion. Would this have been stronger with a slightly shorter hemline? Or do we appreciate the look as it is?
I’m going to with the former as I love the streamline silhouette.
After surprising us with a rare updo on Friday, Demi returned to her signature look, letting her long tresses cascade over her shoulders. It’s classic Demi, and honestly, why mess with a good thing?
Finishing touches came in the form of stunning Boucheron jewels, adding an extra dose of glamour. Overall, another strong showing from Demi.
