With the sheer volume of people attending the 2025 BAFTAs, someone was always bound to fall under the radar.
Thankfully, those of you in the comment section alerted me to Michelle Monaghan, who attended the ceremony as a guest presenter but skipped the red carpet—likely because she was first up with her presenting duties.
The White Lotus star, who has been noticeably absent from the show’s premieres, presented the Cinematography Award wearing a Gucci custom orange sequin embroidered gown with a deep V neckline and tonal feather trimming.
Talk about being happy that she posed in the press room, because it would’ve been a crying shame for this gown not to have its moment in the spotlight.
And what a moment it was.
The sequins, the feathers, the rich orange hue—it all came together for a look that was dripping in old Hollywood glamour with a modern, playful twist. She may have missed the red carpet, but this gown was one of many that owned the night.
Michelle has always been one to serve unforgettable red carpet fashion, and this is another stunning chapter in her style story.
