After Timothée Chalamet’s inner babygirl moment in head-to-toe pink at the Berlin Film Festival, I won’t lie—I was holding my breath to see what he’d serve at the 2025 BAFTAs. Would we get more chaos or a comeback to classic?
Well, thankfully, we can all exhale because Timmy delivered, wearing a sleek black Bottega Veneta double-breasted suit and Dalton boots.
I know some of you might still be unimpressed by this simplicity, but let me tell you why I’m sold: The slightly cropped jacket adds a modern edge, the Cartier necklace gives it just enough flair, and most importantly—it’s proof that he can still do tailored sophistication when he feels like it.
Sure, we have no clue how long this return to polish will last (with Timothée, it’s anyone’s guess), but I, for one, am fully embracing it while we have it. Because knowing him, we could be back to boxers and hoodies by next week.
