Following the scaled-back Snow White premiere this weekend, Rachel Zegler made a guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where she not only promoted her new film but also performed the title song, Waiting On A Wish. And, in true fairytale fashion, she continued her sartorial love affair with the colour red.
Performance Look
I wanted to be fully charmed by Rachel’s press tour wardrobe, and to her credit, she has delivered. I also appreciate that this hasn’t been a tour of just white (or dishwater grey) dresses as I had initially feared. Red has been a fantastic colour choice for Rachel—not only because it ties in thematically to the poisoned apple but also because it beautifully complements her complexion and dark hair, making her look vibrant and luminous.

For her performance, she wore a Richard Quinn Spring 2025 red velvet, ivory duchess satin dress accented with a bow, and a matching red bow in her hair. It had all the makings of a whimsical, girly, and utterly charming look. But if I’m being honest, I found myself nitpicking. An inch shorter in length would have perfected the proportions. Do you agree?

And while the black Betsey Johnson embellished pumps were a safe choice, metallic ruby pumps would have been a magical finishing touch—like a sartorial nod to Dorothy’s slippers (not the same film, but you see where my head was going). Melissa Kaye and FoundRae jewels completed the look.

Interview Look
For her sit-down interview with Kimmel, Rachel kept the red theme going, this time in a chic Emilia Wickstead Einna dress from the Resort 2025 collection. The cloqué fabric, patterned with tonal blooms, added just the right amount of texture to the otherwise simple silhouette. Tights, black Jimmy Choo pumps, and Laura Vann jewels completed her look—polished, elegant, and perfectly put together.

All in all, Rachel’s Kimmel appearance was a stylish success, proving that red might just be her lucky colour.
