Chloé FW25

Chloé FW25

THURSDAY 11:13 AM MARCH 6, 2025 PARIS

In Paris on Thursday morning, everyone wanted to be the archetypal Chloé girl. But who is she, exactly? “I love the Chloé girl,” our fashion director Dara told photographer and it-girl Nadia Lee Cohen. “She’s really chic.” Meanwhile, editor Anna Dello Russo was all about creative director Chemena Kamali’s joyful invocations of the 1990s. “The best show so far this season,” she exclaimed. “And the best vibe.” Below, we tracked down a coterie of fashionable guests to talk shoulder pads, roller blades, and rock and roll—Chloé FW25 style.

NADIA LEE COHEN: I’m wondering who the Chloé person is?

MEL OTTENBERG: Well, first of all, today you are, but also Isabelle Adjani is over there, and Ever Anderson, and there’s Doechii, Jerry Hall, and Giorgia May Jagger. I like Chloé and I’m into the Chloé girl.

DARA: Me too, I love the Chloé girl. She’s really chic, and I love your outfit today.

OTTENBERG: This is probably the best look in the show. Tell us about it.

LEE COHEN: It’s like a Victorian—well, what are these?

OTTENBERG: Pantaloons.

LEE COHEN: It’s a pantaloon and a little bralette.

OTTENBERG: Oh, Charlotte Lawrence is here, also in pantaloons.

CHARLOTTE LAWRENCE: Hi, everybody.

DARA: How are you feeling?

LAWRENCE: Easy, breezy, beautiful, Covergirl.

DARA: Chloé girl. What’s your take on the Chloé show?

LAWRENCE: Incredible, lace, chic, fabulous. The bags, I just love.

DARA: The bags? I’d wear them everyday.

LAWRENCE: And every model, 10 out of 10.

DARA: What’s your favorite look of the show?

LAWRENCE: I very much enjoyed the very ’80s shoulder pad with the skirt, with the belt. And the long, black skirt. And I was very into the shoes.

DARA: The shoes! Hello, Tom Guinness. How are you?

TOM GUINNESS: Hey!

DARA: How did it feel watching your wife, Tish [Weinstock], walk down the runway today?

GUINNESS: Oh my god, I was so proud. She just killed it. And it also looked like her wardrobe.

DARA: Very chic.

GUINNESS: She looked familiar, you know?

DARA: Love. Have a fun fashion week. Bye!

GUINNESS: Bye!

OTTENBERG: Wait, Petra, how was walking in the show?

PETRA COLLINS: Walking for Chloé felt very sexy and horny, and also very Picnic at Hanging Rock. So it was chill.

Chloé

OTTENBERG: Hey, Anna. What did you think of the show?

ANNA DELLO RUSSO: I loved it. The best show so far.

DARA: Wasn’t it?

DELLO RUSSO: And the best vibe. Joyful, girlish, visionnaire. A lot of references from my past, from the ‘90s.

OTTENBERG: In a cool way, right?

DELLO RUSSO: In a cool way, totally. But I love also the lucchetto

DARA: The Paddington bag.

OTTENBERG: Dree Hemingway, what did you think of the show?

HEMINGWAY: It was very rock and roll.

OTTENBERG: I really like this outfit, I just shot it for Interview.

HEMINGWAY: I feel like it needs roller blades and milkshakes.

OTTENBERG: It does.

HEMINGWAY: It’s very Star 80. Like, wheeeee!
