The House of Gucci understood the assignment when it came to dressing some of the biggest names at the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party. From timeless glamour to punk rock royalty, there was something for everyone—sequins, feathers, crystals, and even a Clark Kent moment.
An Oscar-worthy gown for an Oscar-worthy run
Taking nothing away from Mikey Madison, but Demi Moore’s custom gold Gucci halter-neck crystal gown accented with a gold bamboo collar was clearly made with the coveted golden statue in mind. As ever, she looked graceful, poised, and impossibly glamorous. Her awards season run has been a masterclass in elegance, and for that, we are ever so grateful.

A silver screen siren reborn
Julia Garner was looking as glamorous as ever in a white Gucci halter-neck gown adorned with feathers, beads, and crystal embroidery. She could’ve walked straight out of a 1920s Hollywood film, exuding vintage silver-screen charm with a touch of modern Gucci drama.

Much Improved On Her Last Outing
Danielle Deadwyler dazzled in a pale yellow Gucci gown covered in sequins and crystal embroidery. The colour was soft and romantic, but the sparkle ensured she was anything but subtle. I marked improvement on her last outing, as the fashion streets will never forget that bikini-and-sarong front-row moment at Prada.

A punk icon goes glam
Debbie Harry, the legendary frontwoman of Blondie, is known for her edgy, punk-infused style. So, seeing her in a rare glam moment was a delightful surprise. She rocked a custom Gucci brown draped gown with a hood detail and fringe embroidery, styled with a Gucci Bamboo Night clutch. But, in true Debbie Harry fashion, she injected a rebellious spirit with her embellished cat-eye shades—because why play by the rules?

A lesson in effortless suavity
Andrew Garfield was his usual charming self in a second Gucci look of the night, this time opting for a custom mid-blue double-breasted suit from the Fall/Winter 2025 collection. Gucci tailoring and Andrew Garfield? A match made in well-dressed heaven.

Pastel princess moment
Iris Apatow floated onto the carpet in a pastel pink Gucci gown, featuring a structured bustier and crystal embroidery. The silver Gucci Bamboo Night clutch completed the shine, though a more delicate, daintier option might have suited the ethereal nature of the dress better.

Clark Kent, but make it Gucci
With his slicked-back hair giving full Clark Kent energy, Patrick Schwarzenegger kept it classic in a Gucci tuxedo. The signature Gucci gold metal Interlocking G button detail gave the traditional look a subtle luxury touch.
Gucci brought the glamour, the glitz, and a hint of rebellion. Who was your favourite?
