Chloe Fineman Wore The Row To The 'Summer of 69' SXSW Festival

If there’s one thing you can’t pin down about Chloe Fineman, it’s her style personality. One minute, she’s serving maximalist drama; the next, she’s keeping it sleek and simple. She’s just as likely to dig into the archives as she is to embrace the new—and honestly, that’s what makes her so fun to watch.

For the world premiere of Summer of ’69 at the 2025 SXSW Conference and Festival, Chloe opted for a look that was the definition of understated luxury. She wore a dress from The Row, a label that has made quiet, effortless elegance its entire brand DNA. Crafted from pure silk, the sleeveless, straight-cut silhouette was a masterclass in refined simplicity. No frills, no gimmicks—just impeccable tailoring and fabric that drapes like a dream.

It takes confidence to wear something so pared-back, and Chloe carried it with ease. A delicate pendant necklace was her only accessory, proving that when the foundation is this strong, you don’t need much else.

As much as I love bold prints and trend-chasing moments, her look was a breath of fresh, minimalist air.
