It was a busy night for Lady Gaga at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards. Not only did she receive the iHeartRadio Innovator Award, but she also took home Best Collaboration for Die With a Smile with Bruno Mars. Naturally, this called for not one, but two standout looks—and in true Gaga fashion, she left her eyebrows at home.
A Tribute in McQueen
Some of you might have wanted more drama from Gaga, but this McQueen Fall 2025 gown still packs a mighty punch. The bold red hue, the ruffled and lace-layered neckline, the intricately detailed bodice—there’s a quiet intensity to it that feels just as powerful as her more theatrical red carpet moments. And let’s give a standing ovation to her stylist for ensuring the dress was lined for this event, considering it debuted on the runway in Paris just ten days ago.
To make the moment even more special, she wore this on what would have been Lee McQueen’s birthday. A thoughtful touch for a true fashion icon. De Beers Enchanted Lotus drop earrings rounded out the look.
A Rockstar’s Rebellion
I feel like this is Gaga before she was Mother Monster days. The Stella McCartney Fall 2025 corseted mini dress—complete with lace paneling—screams underground NYC club scene, the kind of look that feels like a full-circle fashion moment.
Topping off the look with a baker boy hat, the runway PVC over-the-knee boots would have perfectly completed my vision. However, she opted for Amina Muaddi Yigit satin pumps instead. Still, this choice offered a nostalgic nod to the raw, unfiltered energy that first made her a star. While not everyone may love it, there’s something undeniably authentic that draws me to it.
