Sofia Carson officially kicked off her press tour for The Life List in New York City today, serving up two very different looks for her guest appearances on The Today Show and CBS Good Morning. And if today’s fashion lineup is anything to go by, we’re in for an exciting ride.

Sofia started her morning in a green Elie Saab Fall 2023 v-neck dress, but let’s be honest—no one is really looking at the dress. The real star of this outfit? That enormous floral embellishment wrapped around her neck, just as we saw on the runway. Now, after a quick synopsis check, I can confirm that The Life List is not a film about floristry, so this blooming accessory is purely a fashion statement. And honestly? I’m here for it.
Without the floral detail, the dress itself is fairly understated, so the addition of this oversized bloom injects some much-needed vibrancy—especially when paired with a Strathberry top-handle green bag and dark green boots. Spring is here, and Sofia is leaning all the way in.
CBS Good Morning
For her next appearance, she pivoted into full-on Matrix mode, stepping out in a Nicholas Oakwell Couture leather herringbone suit. And let me tell you—I have never seen anything like this before. The craftsmanship, and the texture—it’s a standout piece in every sense.
This is a much edgier look than we’re used to seeing from Sofia, but she wears it with an effortless kind of aloof cool that makes it feel completely natural. Add in the sleek sunglasses, black over-the-knee boots, and the Schiaparelli Anatomy Jewellery bag, and suddenly, this is a whole moment, all before 9am.
From delicate florals to futuristic leather, Sofia is proving that she’s ready to serve range on this press tour. I, for one, can’t wait to see what’s next.
