To say that we’ve been impressed with Hailee Steinfeld’s ‘Sinners’ press tour would be an understatement—it’s been a full-on serve every time she steps out. And just when you thought she might ease into autopilot mode before Monday evening’s London premiere, she hit New York with three head-turning looks that prove she’s fully committed to this style streak.
Out In Chelsea
You might raise an eyebrow when you hear that her oversized black leather bomber jacket is Etro—until, of course, your eyes catch those bold yellow trims, flaunting the brand’s signature eclectic print language. But the jacquard maxi skirt with a fringed hem? That’s where the Etro DNA is undeniable. It’s boho, it’s badass, and it’s completely elevated by her Patrizia Pepe Stivali boots and Matrix-chic shades.

With the city soaked and the temps on the cooler side, she continued her love affair with leather, this time in a slinky black SAGIO maxi skirt. Balancing the edge was a crisp cream shirt—flashing subtle lingerie-style seams that whisper “underwear as outerwear,” which seems to be having a moment (hello, Florence Pugh’s Stella McCartney moment). The look was complete Yvonne Léon jewels.

Rainy day dressing gets a seriously chic upgrade with a tan Carolina Herrera Fall 2025 cropped trench jacket and matching midi skirt. It’s sleek, it’s structured, and the cropped proportion makes it feel totally modern. A tonal tan handbag and brown Casadei Scarlet pumps pulled the whole ensemble together with quiet sophistication.
I love all these looks—they’re polished, thoughtful, and very Hailee in her fashion girl era. But if I had to play favourites, the Carolina Herrera trench redux wins by a mile. It’s timeless, reimagined. So chic. So fresh. So press-tour perfection.
