When Lesley Manville won Best Actress at The Olivier Awards for her powerhouse portrayal of Jocasta in Oedipus at Wyndham’s Theatre, she took the stage beaming with joy. “I am so happy, I am beside myself with happiness,” she gushed in her acceptance speech, also taking a moment to praise her fellow nominees with heartfelt admiration — classy on stage and off.
Lesley has never shied away from making a red carpet statement, but this time, she dialled things down with a masterclass in quiet elegance. Her custom dove grey Loewe silk satin gown came with a fluid draped cape that practically whispered Shakespearean drama — without ever raising its voice.
Of course, it wouldn’t be Loewe without a little twist. The quirky wildcard this time? Feather earrings. Yes, feather earrings — playful, theatrical, and delightfully unexpected nod to the Spring 2025 collection. Add in a Loewe Glitter Fragment double ring and a pair of Loewe’s Toy pumps, and you’ve got a look that’s as regal as it is refreshing.
