Cynthia Erivo, who is gearing up to play the witch Elphaba in the screen adaptation of the Broadway classic ‘Wicked,’ attended the 2022 Tony Awards held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday (June 12).
Judging by her second angelic Giambattista Valli Spring 2022 Haute Couture gown, she might have moved on from her Louis Vuitton era.
Time will tell.
I know some of you will be focusing on her blue talons, but I’m here for the ethereal beauty of her gown which features a hooded cape.
It has to be said, once again, that Cynthia is very much in league of her own. How she manages to stay this consistent is a testament to her and her stylist Jason Bolden.
The look is made all the more sumptuous with her Tiffany & Co. Schlumberger® necklace, which looks like it could’ve been part of the gown.
