On September 5, Meghan Markle attended the 2022 One Young World Summit as a keynote speaker in a hot-pink ensemble paired with her brunette hair slicked back into a low ponytail. Despite the style’s simplicity, the Duchess of Sussex looked absolutely phenomenal at the event. Just a day later, she leaned into those effortless beauty vibes again with a low, slightly messy bun that has become a signature look for the royal.
Markle wore the low updo at the one-year countdown event, which she attended with her husband in Germany, for the upcoming Invictus Games in September 2023. She may have embraced vibrant colors for her keynote speech, but for this event, she opted for a neutral outfit. With a ribbed cream tank top and light tan pants, she greeted the public.
As per usual, her hair was twisted into a loose bun at the nape of her neck. Her face-framing layers, which aren’t long enough for the bun, were tucked behind her ears. One of her tendrils looks curled, so we have a good feeling that if she had let her hair down, it would have cascaded into a sea of waves and curls fit for a Pantene commercial. Similar to her hair, she kept her makeup light with some mascara and eyeliner.
