If looks could kill, the cast of Yellowjackets should be arrested immediately. Gracing the red carpet in a range of jewel-toned and pastel hues, up-and-coming actresses Ella Purnell, Sophie Thatcher, Samantha Hanratty, and Liv Hewson cemented their place alongside established stars Christina Ricci and Melanie Lynskey at the 2022 Emmy Awards.
Ella Purnell portrays Jackie in the Emmy-nominated Showtime series, which has already been renewed for a second season. It’s unclear yet whether Purnell’s character will be returning alive (or dead) but her glimmering powder blue halter dress paired with 90s-inspired hair and makeup certainly feel like a spoiler alert. Evidently, she’s here to stay.
