Anya Taylor-Joy was back on the red carpet promoting ‘The Menu,’ at the New York premiere which was held at the AMC Lincoln Square on Monday (November 14) following the London premiere.
The majority of you couldn’t get behind her Alexander McQueen or her Dior Haute Couture look from last week, so I’m curious to see how this one fairs?
Mostly because Anya is sticking to the lampshade, bell-shaped silhouette she served up at the Harper’s Bazaar Women Of The Year Awards.
I prefer this Dior Spring 2023 outing, as it feels more playful and modern, plus I like her sleeker hairstyle on this occasion.
I feel like I ask this question every time but, did she need to keep the black leather gloves we saw on the runway?
Yes. I think it was essential to the look as I think this may have translated twee without them.
I wish she had worn the runway fishnet socks and leather buckle boots also.
Thoughts?
