It was back to work for Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Prince and Princess of Wales, today, following a tumultuous few weeks that have seen the release of the six-part documentary series, Harry & Meghan, and the publication of the Duke of Sussex’s bombshell memoir, Spare.
For the engagement in Merseyside, Catherine reverted to trusty wardrobe staples, including a tartan Holland & Cooper coat that she first wore in November 2021, when she met a war veteran to mark Remembrance Day, and more recently to plant a tree in Queen Elizabeth II’s memory at Westminster Abbey in December 2022. The royal paired the checked outerwear with a navy knitted dress underneath, and Mulberry’s Amberley bag in forest green, which she has been pictured with several times in the past.
