There’s no better place to break out your striped threads than Churchill Downs where the Kentucky Derby is held, whether you’re watching the greatest two minutes in sports at a viewing party or sipping Mint Juleps in the stands, it’s important to look your best from head-to-toe on race day.
While it’s all about the hat for the ladies, it’s all about the colour palette for the gents with pastels, plaids and stripes featuring on race day as popular choices.
Chris Pine understood the assignment when stepped onto the red carpet for the annual event on Saturday (May 6) wearing a Brunello Cucinelli Spring 2023 two-piece cotton suit that kept him cool and comfortable all day long.
I personally would’ve loved the ‘Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves’ actor to have worn this look without the tie, but I will assume this is part of the dress code.
