Even without the knowledge that Brazil is stepping into the first day of winter, I would still love Nicola in this Mara Hoffman Fall 2022 dress, because it feels like a modern version of the Regency dresses she wears on the set of ‘Bridgeton.’
Elbow length gloves were very much part of dress code during that era, so the bright blue Paula Rowan gloves make sense for the vision she was going for.
However, my issue with them is that the first thing to spring to my mind was: dishwashing gloves.
Gloves aside, this is one of Nicola’s best red carpet looks since her 2022 BAFTA TV Awards gown.
