Beyonce’s Renaissance World Tour continued in Toronto, Canada, where the singer wore Tiffany & Co.
The singer has worn Tiffany & Co. jewels exclusively during this tour, but on this occasion, I’m not just referring to her vintage Tiffany & Co. Swirl earrings, or her custom Tiffany & Co. Victoria® diamond anklet, as Beyonce also wore a bespoke Tiffany & Co. dress.
The dress draws inspiration from two iconic Elsa Peretti® designs, Diamonds by the Yard® and Mesh.
The one-of-a-kind dress features sparkling chains of bezel-set stones that are juxtaposed with sensual mesh.
Flowing and draping-like fabric, the dress is handcrafted from approximately 150 feet of mesh ribbon, woven with 300,000 rings in the mesh used both for the ribbons, shoulder and side panels.
Crafted over the span of 200 hours, the dress is a symbol of Peretti’s innovative artistry, modern style sensibility and exceptional craftsmanship, which was made possible by the Nando and Elsa Peretti Foundation.
My first thought when I saw this dress is that I hope Beyonce wore this for the mini Tina Turner tribute during her show, because the style of the dress feels inspired by the queen of rock.
This is not the first time we’ve seen a Tiffany & Co. piece of clothing worn by a celebrity.
Zoe Kravitz wore a gold mesh bra by Elsa Peretti for Tiffany to the 2019 Vanity Fair Oscar Party.
Custom-made heels by Malone Souliers completed Beyonce’s look.
