Having skipped the Australian leg of the tour, Vanessa Kirby reconnected with her cast mates in New York for the ‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One’ premiere on Monday (July 10).
A Vanessa Kirby dress is instantly recognisable for its slinky silhouette, so this Schiaparelli Spring 2023 Haute Couture champagne silk satin crepe slip dress served up no surprises.
Until we got to the black draped all-in-one gloves and stole which I don’t think enhances the look.
I did ponder as to whether the dark background wasn’t allowing me to fully appreciate the stole, but on reflection, I think with a lighter background, the piece would be magnified.
What are your thoughts?
Does the stole add more intrigue to the look, or do you wish Vanessa had just worn the slip dress, or did you not even notice it until I mentioned it?
