Shakira was the big winner on the night of the Premios Juventud Awards in Puerto Rico, where the Colombian singer collected eight awards including ‘Best Song for my Ex’, ‘Girl Power,’ ‘Best Pop/Urban Collaboration,’ ‘Best Urban Track,’ ‘Best Tropical Mix,’ ‘Best Social Dance Challenge’ and ‘Artista Premios Juventud Femenina.’
Skipping the red carpet, Shakira shared her look to her 88 million Instagram followers, who were left in awe by her stunning Mugler asymmetric mini dress.
We know how much Mugler’s creative director Casey Cadwallader has a penchant for mesh panelling.
Here it’s expressed in an asymmetric mini dress, with an opaque bodice and sleeve lowering to a cut-out and ruched body, ending in a draped side detail.
I can’t remember the last time (if ever) I was this enamoured by a look from Shakira.
But this time she made me pay attention, even if I am not crazy about her Versace Aevitas Pointy satin platform pumps.
I wish thy were red instead of orange.
