What Goes Around Comes Around (WGACA), the leading curator of pre-owned luxury goods and vintage apparel, celebrated the debut of its exclusive capsule from the personal collection of legendary fashion editor André Leon Talley.
Acquired from the Christie’s ‘Collection of André Leon Talley’ auction as well as archival pieces sourced directly from Talley’s personal estate, the 49-piece capsule features a rare selection of haute couture, custom luggage, handbags and more owned by the industry icon.
Guests were given an exclusive preview and private shopping experience for the new collection, enjoyed champagne and a live DJ set from Guillaume Viau.
Dries van Noten is known for its bold floral prints, which is why a design like this was always destined for Tracee Ellis Ross.
Those boots wouldn’t have been my first choice, but they adhered to the label’s style codes.
A Ferragamo Hug clutch completed her look.
Lori Harvey is also never one to go incognito, as the model wore lingerie.
Yes, actual lingerie as she wore an Agent Provocateur babydoll feather accented dress.
Considering Lori’s styling with the tights and her height, she was able to pull this off outside the boudoir.
At 5ft 11, this dress would be grazing my hip bones.
Jodie Turner-Smith was also in attendance, having a rare night in all black.
The André Leon Talley Collection at What Goes Around Comes Around is available for purchase now at the Beverly Hills location (9520 Brighton Way) and online at whatgoesaroundnyc.com.
