It’s official.
I have fallen back in love with Salma Hayek’s red carpet style.
I had put my feelings on hold as I was scared that a look would come along and break my heart, but seeing Salma grace the red carpet at the 2023 Baby2Baby Gala this weekend wearing a stunning custom Bottega Veneta dress after her Gucci gown from the week before, I’m declaring my love.
I have – and I am not being hyperbolic – prayed for days like these.
I said, “Lord. Bring back those glory days, and give my girl a look which is worthy of her beauty and stature.”
And here we are.
Not only is she on theme by deliciously complementing the emerald green backdrop (you know I love a theme), but I also adore how flattering this gown featuring a knotted draped neckline and all-over embroidered sequins is on her.
I dare ask. Where has this been since her Gucci Premiere days?
Never have I been this enamoured by Salma Hayek’s red carpet look. This makes a sensual statement while being glamorous and sophisticated.
