The standout piece of this ensemble is clearly the top. The Game of Thrones star’s sheer, black shirt has cutouts under the bust, over the bust, and on the shoulders, with a twisted knot detail at the neckline and a scooped, semi-open back revealing Williams’ intricate back tattoos. She wore the top tucked into her tan trousers, with pointed toe black mules and the aforementioned white satchel, which is adorned with pastel colored illustrations.
