Can we start doing Halloween dressing now or do we have to wait for October? Because Dakota Johnson just wore a spooky sexy spider gown and I need it. I need it. I need to have it. I have a black cat and a small tattoo of a crescent moon; this is a dress I need to wear.
Johnson stepped out for the Vogue Brazil Ball in Rio de Janeiro in a mesh gown embellished with crystals to form the pattern of a spiderweb; it’s completely see-through, so Johnson added a black thong. She wore the look, obvs, as a nod to her role in Madame Web, the upcoming Spider-Man-adjacent flick costarring Sydney Sweeney. Haven’t seen a spider this hot since the one in James and the Giant Peach.

The dress is a version of the Cobweb Midi-Dress from Annie’s Ibiza ($2,373), though hers is customized, as the dress available online is shorter than Johnson’s, and doesn’t have the cape. You can order a custom one too, according to the brand’s Instagram.
