It seems like many of you were on board with my “yeah, no” assessment of Margot Robbie’s SAG Awards creation, so thankfully the actress had the 2024 Producers Guild Awards on Sunday to redeem herself.
This Balmain Pre-Fall 2024 mini dress immediately sees Margot get back on track.
I love how this dress was inspired by the fashions of the ‘80s, reflecting the era’s penchant for power suiting in feminine form, which feels very ‘Barbie’ inspired.
The mini hemline, contrasting trim, peplum and plunging neckline further empower its sharp ‘80s appeal, even though I wish they kept the original neckline.
Jacob & Co. jewels, Manolo Blahnik pumps and a Hunting Season top handle bag completed her look.
And you’ll be happy to see that no anklets were used to style this look.
