Kourtney Kardashian told her followers on April 10 that she drank breast milk (presumably her own) because she felt unwell. Most doctors recommend rest and plenty of liquids for the average cold, though I guess drinking one’s own breast milk is technically a means of hydrating?
Kardashian shared a selfie on her Instagram Story over which she wrote, “I just pounded a glass of breast milk because I feel sick. goodnight!” In the selfie, which the 44-year-old took using a “crazy” filter, Kardashian flashes a thumbs-up.
