You can always rely on Thom Browne to present innovative designs that are both on brand and adhering to the Met Gala theme.
Gigi Hadid looked divine wearing this custom Thom Browne corset gown accented with 3D yellow roses, green vines, and thorns which was one part of the look.
The second part was the exaggerated hips draped with a tailored jacket proving that the designer’s creativity knows no bounds.
Gigi really set the standard when it came to the floral dresses on the night. This easily stood head-and-shoulder above 90% of what we saw at this event.

When it comes to Cynthia Erivo, I was just glad her custom Thom Browne tailored look wasn’t green considering her upcoming press tour for ‘Wicked’ and the theme.
Her look was adorned with 2000 pink silk moiré petals and 3D beaded insects, showcasing the label’s attention to detail.

The dark glamour, and mysterious nature of Rebecca Ferguson black and white shiny sequin high neck custom Thom Browne dress with an exaggerated hip detail was very on brand for the actress, which we’ve seen from her press tours for ‘Dune: Part Two’ and ‘Mission: Impossible.’
How does this look fit into the theme?
We have the florets, petals and the crows that represent death which relates to the passage of time.
I preferred this look with the cloak, much like Da’Vine Joy Randolph’s Gap look.
