Bottega Veneta x Kering Beauté Private Dinner

Bottega Veneta, in collaboration with Kering Beauté, hosted an exclusive dinner at their Venice residence, located in the historic Palazzo Soranzo van Axel. Co-hosted by Kering Beauté CEO Raffaella Cornaggia and Bottega Veneta Creative Director Matthieu Blazy, the event brought together prominent figures from art, film, and sports. The residence, opened in May, reflects Bottega Veneta’s deep connection to Venetian artistry and cultural advocacy, providing a stunning backdrop for an evening of fashion and sophistication.

Among the high-profile attendees were Jacob Elordi, Isabella Ferrari, Dina Asher-Smith, and Sigourney Weaver—each making a distinct style statement.

Laid-Back Elegance with a Personal Twist

Jacob Elordi kept things cool in a Bottega Veneta Resort 2025 navy shacket and trousers, paired with a crisp white vest. Accessorised with the iconic intrecciato belt and Astair loafers, his look embodied the polished yet relaxed vibe that Bottega Veneta is known for.

I know what you are thinking.

Why the green Paly Hollywood Saint Natalie Wood hat? If you have seen any paparazzi pictures of Jacob, you’ll know that this hats are a staple in his wardrobe, adding a layer of authenticity that makes this outfit distinctly his. For some, it might be a dealbreaker, but I see it as Jacob injecting his personality into the ensemble—proof that a personal touch goes a long way.

A New Take on a Familiar Favourite

Dina Asher-Smith’s look might have given you a sense of déjà vu—and there’s a reason for that. She wore the Bottega Veneta Fall 2024 dual-coloured burgundy and mint leather fringed skirt, which Michelle Yeoh previously donned at the ‘Horizon: An American Saga’ Cannes Film Festival premiere. Where Michelle styled it with a burgundy bustier, Dina went for a black turtleneck, adding a whole new dimension to the look. While I love the fresh interpretation, I do find myself wishing she had opted for a burgundy top to enhance the harmony of the ensemble.

Letting the Intrecciato Shine

Italian actress Isabella Ferrari chose to let her jacket do the talking, opting for an intrecciato jacket from Bottega Veneta as the hero piece of her outfit. It was a stunning choice—luxurious yet effortlessly stylish. Sometimes, it’s all about picking that one standout piece and letting it shine, and Isabella did exactly that, proving the power of simplicity with high-quality craftsmanship. The new Bottega Veneta Lauren 1980 clutch completed her look.

Sophisticated and Stylish

Sigourney Weaver has had a remarkably fashionable year, and her appearance at this exclusive event only added to her growing connection with the fashion industry. She looked incredibly sophisticated in a printed Bottega Veneta Fall 2024 ensemble—an understated but elegant look that suited her perfectly. Seeing Sigourney embrace such contemporary fashion while retaining her iconic sophistication will always be a pleasure.
