Fashion Week Trends That Should Be on Your Radar Before Spring  - Bangstyle

With outfits that were a salute to Spanish designers with a Parisian twist. Hailing from Barcelona, Luis De Javiers’ debut show at Paris Fashion Week didn’t disappoint. The Spring/Summer 2025 collection featured plenty of lace, nods to matadors and a serious sexy overtone. While drawing on direct inspiration from 1940 Balenciage, Javier drew on his past noting where he has been and where his is currently — all of which became facets of his current designs. And when it came to the hair, it needed to stand out without taking over, which is where Sean Goddard and the Redken Pros stepped in.

Many of the looks included hats — in various shapes and finishes — adding to the drama up top. Hair was seen in a variety of finishes from curled tendrils paired with a low pony to shiny, healthy natural texture, sleek bobs and plenty of middle parts and languid waves.

Spring 2025 Hair Trends We’re Stealing from The Runway

Soft Curls

Aside from the absolutely gorgeous tones — including this high-fashion blonde that made its way down the runway, the soft, undulating curls are an ideal look for any hair type, especially as we make our way into the holiday season. This is a perfect example of pairing a style perfectly with your color to bring out the best in both worlds.

Tendrils + Nape Knots

The nape knot has long been a favorite of fashion week and beyond, but heading into Spring you can update the look by adding softness around the face with partially curled or waved tendrils.

Shaggy Texture

If this look says anything it’s that the shag and it’s variations will reign supreme in 2025, yet again. This cut coupled with the right styling gives off a high fashion yet low-mainuenenace feels that we’ll all be craving after this winter.

Natural Waves

Whether you’re adding them with heat or simply manipulating your own texture to create a languid wave, we’ll be seeing soft, natural-looking waves equipped with everything from smooth hairlines to fluffy finishes take over this season.

Redken Spray Smooth and Shine Flash Spray were obvious must-haves backstage while a mix of Redken Stylers helped bring the sleek, understated glamor of natural-looking texture to life on everyone. The looks gave off a “your hair but better” feel as each style appeared as if it was custom tailored to their natural style.

With a penchant for healthy, striking finishes, it was no wonder Redken was the perfect pairing backstage. Some of Redken’s latest releases include Redken Acidic Bonding Curls and Redken Acidic Color Gloss, which promote healthy, high gloss hair for a variety of texture patterns — leaning into the notion of loving your hair just as it is and making it work for your style.
