Rachel Zegler attended the opening night of ‘Romeo + Juliet’ on Broadway at The Circle in the Square Theatre on Thursday, bringing a spirited warmth to the occasion that echoed both on stage and off.
The actress’ performance has earned her a place among Broadway’s brightest stars—a fitting debut for an actress known for her remarkable emotional range.
While autumnal tones have dominated recent red carpets, Rachel brought a breath of fresh air with her yellow Dior Spring 2024 Haute Couture dress.
The draped strapless dress, crafted from a buttercup moiré artisanal fabric, was not only embroidered in Jardin de fleurs, but it also featured gold mesh, and antique jewels that added to the vibrancy.
I’m sure this dress would have been like a burst of sunshine amid New York’s grey October skies bringing a sensory delight while transforming an otherwise chilly fall evening into something far warmer.
One can’t help but relish this joyful choice for Rachel, who’s had a streak of darker Dior looks in recent months. Here, the buttercup hue complements her vivacious personality, making her look as though she’s stepped straight out of an enchanted garden.
Topping off the ensemble, Rachel opted for yellow Dior sandals—a refreshing departure from the heavier leather peep-toe heels seen on the runway.
