On Sunday, Taylor Swift was spotted at Arrowhead Stadium supporting her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, as his Kansas City Chiefs faced off against the Denver Broncos. While Taylor was nominated for seven awards at the MTV EMAs and virtually won four, including Best Artist, Best Video for ‘Fortnight,’ Best Live Act, and Best U.S. Artist, she chose to skip the event in favour of showing her support.
While we weren’t too fond of her previous Vivienne Westwood look, this time around, things were much improved as the singer made a bold statement in a red and black tweed Versace blazer and skirt, paired with a Victoria’s Secret black silk corset.
A contemporary influence is imbued, seen through the structured shoulders and silver Medusa button brings heaps of personality to her cute outfit.
The ensemble was completed with black Versace Medusa ’95 leather boots, a Louis Vuitton Tambour timepiece in 18k yellow gold, and rings by EFFY Jewelry and Retrouvai.
Some may argue that she was overdressed for a football game, but for me, it’s clear that this outfit was more about showing her support for Team Chiefs, in red, than anything else.
