Pamela Anderson has kept us guessing all year with her style evolution while promoting ‘The Last Showgirl.’ From sleek, understated look to moments of quiet sophistication, her journey has been refreshingly unpredictable. However, her appearance at the Hamilton Behind the Camera Awards felt like a detour that didn’t quite land.
Wearing a Bally Fall 2024 black jacket and skirt paired with a red shirt, Pamela opted for a look that was undeniably polished. The structured silhouette and tailored aesthetic screamed professionalism, but it lacked the charm we’ve come to associate with her recent fashion choices.
While I appreciate her willingness to explore different facets of her style, this outfit felt too severe, almost austere. It’s giving private school principal—complete with the kind of authority and rigidity that doesn’t align with Pamela’s natural charisma or even her current understated era.
This look would have been perfect for someone like Rooney Mara, whose minimalist and often somber style would bring out the intellectual sharpness of the ensemble. For Pamela, though, it just didn’t connect. It veered too far into the realm of formality without the spark or softness that typically accompanies her outfits.
It’s not a total misstep—Pamela still carried herself with poise—but it missed the mark on capturing the essence of her evolving style journey.
Here’s hoping her next outing offers a bit more of the charm.
