For the second chapter of its Spring/Summer 2022 capsule, Stone Island Shadow Project continues to investigate menswear archetypes and push the boundaries of shape, material research and detail-oriented design.
The collection takes the renewed conceptuality of the collection inaugurated in 2021 to a new level, as two new chapters are introduced to specifically address the needs of function and use.
Much like its inaugural release, this second delivery looks to further develop traditional menswear staples by exploring naturally high-performing fabrics and their compatibility with man-made materials. Similarly, this season also addresses the transition between seasons by offering loose fabrics and relaxed fits which reflect a sense of summer daze.
Standouts from the range include the Short Parka which boasts a wide articulated fit and an HD Pelle Ovo Cotton-TC layered hood and an eye-catching yellow vest that has been constructed using various jacquard techniques.
