Fashion buddies or not, Halle Berry is known for taking bold swings and standing by them…even after 24 years.
In early April, Twitter user Xay Yarbroux shared a photo of Berry circa 1998, when the trendsetter hit up a Las Vegas party in a sheer dress (currently back in style by popular demand) and a feathered bixie (a cross between a bob and a pixie cut). “Halle looks like she about to sing ‘a single mom who works too hard, who loves her kids and never stops,’” he wrote in the now-viral tweet comparing Berry’s look to Reba McEntire’s everlasting auburn hairstyle.

As you can see, Halle Berry looked just as good in 1998 as she does today and the Catwoman star was completely unphased by the joke. In response, Berry quote tweeted the pic, writing, “…and what about it? 😂”
